Padded Spaces products (Prop 'n Go lite, Prop 'n Go, and Prop 'n Go All-in-one) are designed with many features and functionality to make it highly customizable and adaptable for end-users. The products don't guarantee end-user devices (e.g. tablets, laptops, phones, electronics) won't fall, shift, or otherwise move out of place. The products don't guarantee end-user devices won't be damaged while in use, in storage, at rest, and while being transported.

End-users are soley responsible and liable for the use of their Padded Spaces products. End-users soley determine when and where it is safe to use and store Padded Spaces products. End-users soley determine which devices they believe to be safe to use with Padded Spaces products. Padded Spaces products don't lock end-user devices in-place.
